I haven't read it all, but MK-ultra was/is real. HAARP is real. And all the masts that I see appearing every left rigt and centre is too real. I would have no reason to dispute the use of ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves to manipulate thought patterns and, at an extreme, force genetic mutations. Scientists know what resonating frequencies induce articular states of mind. Music for meditation is specifically designed with the right frequencies in mind to induce relaxation or whatever.
