I absolutely agree, how else are we supposed to win the fight against cannabis laws if we're stoners, not politicians....lots of us are in and out of court on a daily basis for stupid charges....but most of us think there's nothing we can do about it...PUSH IT TO COURT....if the persecuting officer doesn't show up, you win, if he does, then fight it..even if it's a bullshit case, and you know you'll lose, let's clog up the law's courtrooms like a toilet and give em a log they can't swallow!!!

Kinda got shoved into it & then jumped into it, since we got busted. We're back in court Oct, 4. We wanted everyone to know that the laws on M.J. are very clouded right now. The courts admit that the law died on Aug 1, 2001 Terry Parker Day, but they say a judge resurected a new law on Oct. 7, 2003. The problem with that is only parliament can make laws, not judges.
