It's not bad for you; it's a way of exercising your PG muscles by holding it in, much like working with weights, doing situps, or any other sort of muscular workouts. Infinitely small chance of injuring it, but imagine what your doc's face would be like if you said you pulled your PG muscle because "I was trying to not get this chick impregnated" :dance:
