That's exactly right bongman. I tried that workout today that I posted here the otherday, here it is again. http://www.ironworkout.com/20_rep_squat.htm Holy shit man the combination of the other exercises after the squats is a killer, really blows your chest up. I had never really tried to do much else on the days I did heavy squats cuz it takes so much out of you. I'm gonna start doing this 2-3 times a week for a couple months and see how it goes.

Giving up sodas sounds like a good idea. I'm not over weight, but I'd like to shed about 10 lbs of fat off. It's the last 10 lbs on my waist that won't go the fuck away.

I, like most people, keep forgetting how bad sugary sodas can be on your weight. It's easy to over-look because you think you're just drinking and not eating.

I started cutting pop out of my diet a little while back when I was getting heavier, that for me was around 170, I hadn't been that heavy since high school and it did help. The best when I do have pop now after not really having it included in my diet is I get a crazy sugar rush and I'm hyper for a while

I also work out MWF for 2 hours at the gym weights and cardio and usually I'll go swimming on the off days for some extra work
