Hmm...I dont agree with you on 20 reps for growth I must say.

Im sure a noobie would grow with it, but it's not sustainable. I would use that kind of workout for endurance/fat loss.
I grow best with low reps, high weights and lots of good calories and rest.

check it out man. http://www.ironworkout.com/20_rep_squat.htm for some reason 20 is the magic number for rapid growth.

there is a book on this too I have it somewhere. It's called Super Squats. this article was just the first thing that came up when i googled it.

Oh yeah, It'd help to shock the muscle into growing. High reps has helped me through plateus a couple of times now, but not as a continuous mass gaining program! You need calories to grow, and 20 reps would burn a shit load of calories! ANd it's not the right range for hypertrophy

I've been told to try and gain 5 or 10 pounds, and I just don't seem to gain weight easily.

I normally don't drink sodas of any kind, but the other day, after probably not having had a soda in more than 7 years, I had a regular Coke. It was so good!

Now the drink I normally drink all day long, which is very watered-down cranapple juice, doesn't taste good any more. Just seems kinda flat. I wish I'd never drunk that Coke, but I still remember how good it tasted.

Something I like is Welch's rape juice, slightly watered down and some crushed ice. that's really good. Still alot of sugar but not all the other crap that's in soda

soda is one of my biggest vices. if i don't buy the cans of it at the store i stop at the convenience store to buy a 20 oz like 2 times a day. its absurd. i quit once for like 2 months and it didn't really do anything for me so i started up again and its great.
The above post is fictional and should in no way be taken as truth.

If I were to grow cannabis, I would only do so to supply myself and my close friends. Doing this would take myself and my friends out of harms way by knowing the source of our cannabis, as well as take hundreds of thousands of dollars off the black market annually. It would also lower the demand of black market cannabis, and would ultimately help keep cannabis out of the hands of minors.

cokes and jucies contain way too much sugars. drop them and drop white flour too.....if its white in color....dont eat it. and for bird girl.....dont put on that weight with carbs........add a whey protein drink in the morning and you could pick up 5lbs in a few months. and also go to your local feed store and get a gallon of a product called "747" its a horse vitamen, add a table spoon to your protein shake.......its guarrented to put a hundred pounds on your horse in a month or your money back......ive been using it for 10 years at the least.
