Well, I hope this doesnt sound crazy but is there any way I can get a copy of a police handbook online? An American version? I just want to know the rules and crap. I remember my teacher had an actual Police hanbook or somethin like that and it had alot of interesting stuff in it and since I dont think I'll be getting a copy physically, I was wondering is there anyway I could get a copy...electronically .
