We had a whopping 20.2 grams between the two of us...They charged us both & our daughter who was home at the time with possion & possesion for the purpose...even though we told them she had nothing to do with it...We are medical users, but we're not going to use that defense unless we have no other options left...We want to try to help everyone. After reading all the things that Terry Parker, Marc Paquette & John Turmel & alot of others went through to get the laws beat down, we felt we had to at least try to help. We are in better health than most that are in this fight & have the time to spend on it.
What we'd like to see is a pay it forward kind of setup, where we help you & you help 2 others & so on...if the courts get jammed up with cases, they'll have to make it of National importance & stop charging people.
One word of advice if they do come to bust you....be civil & honest...they appreciate that.....the cops are only doing what they think is their job & alot don't agree with it. We actually get along very well with our arresting officers, because we don't blame them personally... If yuknow anyone that would like the help, let us know we'd be glad to do what we can )
