i can smoke a cig before bed if im high, makes the crash harder which i enjoy

It's most likely just a ritual thing as far as smokin a jack before bed. I know when I'm high, every now and then a cig before bed calms me down and makes it easier to doze off. Sitting outside just listening to the night does that to me...
