I'd invest half of my winnings into RRSP's and such. Let the money just sit there and gain mad interest off it each year.

With the rest, I'd buy my own piece of land, far, far away from any city. Build my own house, hunt my own food, grow my own crops...be free.

Well, I like Bird Girl's idea about getting a good financial advisor. I'd get one of those because I'm just 18, and it would teach me a lot of things early on that I bet a lot of people would like to learn. They don't teach much about that in schools nowadays...

So, anyway, then I would probably put most of it into a saving's account and let it draw interest my entire life. I'd buy my own place near college, get a part-time job with workable hours, and get a degree in education, like I want to. Then, when I graduate from college, I'd travel the world. I have to admit I wouldn't be a complete philanthropist for the first ya know...5 years of doing this. Most of it would just be about seeing different parts of the world, I guess trying to "find myself." haha Just to see how complete I am as a person. I've never really felt life has challenged me in any of the areas I consider to be important. It's all so rushed, ya know?

Then...I don't know. I'm 18, too indecisive and confused to really plan anything right now, ya know? Maybe I'd do what Figment did, or maybe I'd get a job teaching somewhere. I don't know...

Well if it's a big payday, I'd probably do this:
-Pay off my truck, then sell it for a little more cash
-Get a Silverado or something close to it and go to town on it, West Coast Choppers style
-Get a house somewhere and start a nice little basement grow with lotsa strains.
-Put the rest in a trust fund or throw some of it into the stock market with the help of my all-knowing grandfather and let her grow
-Other than that, just lead a normal life for now, maybe an expensive vacation every year, but that's it. I'll save most of the traveling for when I'm retired. Then I can spend my winnings.

or just get some land n build a huge crib out in the monte with bud/salvia grow rooms, an extensive gym, n state of the art recording studio. then just throw big pachangas with all the homies n rucas whenever i'm not travelling.
