Azereus is pretty good. I had more success downloading with Azereus than any other client I tried. Archiving wise, just find a copy of WinRar and you'll pretty much be straight. Finding torrents...I use torrent-finder.com

Just finished downloading a 12.91gig torrent of all of the MAME roms up to MAME .103 and am filling in the gaps from another site. Go me!!
