ok man what the fuck are you talking about, VAC is in no affiliation with AIM, VAC is for games like counter-strike, day of defeat, its an anti-cheat program so that you dont use hacks in game. theres no way in hell this had anything to do with AIM or your conversation, you probably cheated in some game or your friend did and now his account is gonna get banned.
