See , marijuana prevents u from throwing up, that's why they give it to cancer patients(the chemo makes them throw up) If u drink to much after u smoke, ur stomache could explode because u cna't have a hangover, but if u drink before u smoke, for some reason, ur body can still throw up the alchohol. Personally if I drink a little bit after I smoek, i'm fine, but a wouldn't drink enough to get me hungover after smoking a joint.
