Exactly you should be more concerned about ur roommate and not your bill. A 250hps doesnt pull to much electricity a wont cause a concern, a computer pulls more than that. You know the rule dont tell anyone, my first grow I told about 3 of my closest friends that I grew up with and they all told there dumb girlfriends. After that you just start getting paranoid when you start seeing those huge buds start forming Stuff spreads fast man one day your roommate could get trashed and just open his mouth thinking that no one would tell. Just think really hard about it and check the landlord inspection thing to. Make sure to read your lease properly and look in it for inspections :thumbsup:

I know the first rule of dont tell anyone, but that rule has already been broken because I talked to my future roommate about it to make sure he was cool with it. I have known him for a long time, and I know thats not an excuse, but it'd be kinda hard to have a grow without him knowing.
