Think about it.. what kinda people will your roommate be bringing in the place? No matter how long you have known him/her... chances are they will tell someone one else whats going on, and before you know it, your secret is spread like wildfire. Another thing, im not sure about the apartments there but where i live there are monthly inspections and pest control people coming in even when you are not there.

I know the first rule of dont tell anyone, but that rule has already been broken because I talked to my future roommate about it to make sure he was cool with it.
