Those are just scare tactics. Police dont run random heat scans like they want you to believe they do. I doubt they do it at all unless they are tipped off by some body about suspicison in a certain house. Too many times cops have done this and ended up with nothing but embarassment. And as for his set up, he just followed the basic rules of the thumb of not getting caught. I mean think about it, the weed you get is probably grown by a commercial grower just like this guy. My whole cities populated with marijuana so some one has to do it. It's not that hard :thumbsup:.

Like what orangeman said, but keep in mind he says he's off the power grid. The person's faw away from people and probably keeps mostly to themselves and never really does any harm, so the cops aren't interested. Mostly.
