yeah, waking life was an amazing movie. This one looks pretty good.

its about an extremely addictive drug called substance d (slow death). And an undercover cop uses a scramble suit, which goes through millions of faces to hide their identity. He is assigned to track a man named bob arctor, and it turns out he is bob arctor. Its really crazy. ive read the book, but havent seen the movie yet.

Its origionally by the same guy who wrote blade runner and minority report. Sufficed to say I am going to be tripping when I watch it.

Waking Life made me want to throw up. Absolutely NO plot, just scene after scene of people talking about fluffy, philosophical nothingness. I'm by no means against "artsy" movies, but Waking Life took it way too far. And now, I'm reminded of it every time one of those retarded Charles Schwab (or some investment company) commercials come on.

I do want to see A Scanner Darkly, though. Anyone know what it's about?

I have no clue what this movie is suppose to be about, but the film work looks weird as hell. It's like, hakf cartoon and half real, rooled in one. I may check it out.

yeah, it was supposed to come out two years ago, but the animation they do takes 500 hours to do a minute of the film, so they had to delay it.

i would go to it, but the only place in my state that will have it in the theatre is an hour away
