Could these plants be Bigger?

Quick question these 4 larger plants are 3 weeks old from seed should they be bigger? Have I been keeping my light to low?

I have a T5 sun system 2ft 4 bulb tray light 2000lummes per bulb 2 warm 2 cold. I have a good feeling I over feed them or maybe have been watering too much. As I am new

And one other quick this seedling is it normal for the first leaves to get that big I haven't given it any thing but plan water. and that is a mircle grow flower mix from HOmedepot

Any help would be awsome. I have the light 7 to 8 inches away and they are about 4 inces tall.

No experiance with floros. but with 400w mh at 3-4 weeks they are much larger. heres a pic.

Yes they should be muchmuch bigger and more broad.

You lighting with floro should be no more than 2 inches from the top leaf with the fan on them.

However, there is no stretching, so you may want to look at your lighting as well as other issues.

They have no bizness getting fed Miracle Grow.
They have no bizness getting any nutes at all at 3 weeks.

Good soil.
7.0 pH water when almost dry.
Floro lights 2" from top with fan.

Do ONLY this, AND NOTHING ELSE for 4 more weeks and you will have a small tree...
