Question for moderators
There is more than one way for a member to get banned. If the is racical or nasty remarks made towards other members, posting anything to do woth porn (including links) and in general just being out-right rude. The MODS here do not ban for the fun of it and we do try other options first.

Question for moderators
hah what a lovely topic, and coincidence. (or not)
I'm sure that for the most part, the MODS do, do their job correctly and very professionally. But for the one who posted this topic, yes there are many ways to get banned, even for reasons unworthy of a ban, or no reason at all. atleast I'm told (and coincidentally experienced first hand). don't take my word for it though.
"A moderator does not need to provide you with anything. There is a disclaimer on this site saying you can be banned for any reason or even no reason."
-Zandor
I can't seem to find that disclaimer on this site, anyone know the link? Though I would think there would need to be a reason..however soo small or moot. To have no reason would be to just close your eyes, click and ban randomly, which is basicly the same thing. And it makes you think, do paying users, the kind that donate..are they allowed more slack, even just a bit? I mean it would really suck to say donate 25$ and be banned for any reason or no reason the very next day. In any case, banning people for voicing their opinions or defending themselves against attacks, which the guidelines show clearely is against the rules to do, is very debatable. Always seems like the people defending themselves are made out to be the bad guys. Look at IRAQ.

Question for moderators
Oh yes, and "smoke it", just in case some time you do happen to break a rule that gets you banned.....be adult enough NOT to come back with an attitude. SOME like to troll the board and whine in every thread that they can get some type of attention in. Others come back flaming. If your so offended that a FREE site didn't want your crap (attitude) on their board, well, move off to one that puts up with alot of crap.
The mods in here try to do there best and really don't have the time; or want to be a baby sitting service. This is a no pay job but we do it because we enjoy the site and would like to keep it real for other members.
Kick back, fire up a fat one, learn to grow, enjoy a lil' conversation, debate politics, play in the arcade. Just have a good time.........
Have a good one!

The disclaimer everyone agree's to when they sign up... The rules are clearly stated when you sign up.. if you fail to follow them, well... that's your fault.
Personally, i don't ban for dumb reasons... if someone's being a shit disturber then they can be temporarily removed... Like pyscho says, it's the people that fail to accept the rules the way they are presented that have the problems.
The disclaimer is only a introduction to the desired conduct of our members.. If you can't follow even those simple rules then you probably shouldn't be here.
