Locomark- Yes, look to the future and grow a mother. But that plant is way too puny to bother with. Re-vegging also can stress your plant and you can get a bunch of hermies.

Funkysole- That's not leaf rot, it looks like fertilizer burn. Next time around give your plants a head start indoors and let them veg until they're 10-12" tall with good lateral growth.

I have two questions: Does anyone know what is wrong with the leaf on the lower left? It seems to have some leaf rot. Also, about 50% of the hairs are brown/orange, but it's so little that i don't think it's even close to havest time.
