    Harvest time and leaf rot

This is my first grow, and it's 100% organic. She's only about 8-9" in height, but already has an inch long cola. I have two questions: Does anyone know what is wrong with the leaf on the lower left? It seems to have some leaf rot. Also, about 50% of the hairs are brown/orange, but it's so little that i don't think it's even close to havest time. I live in Hawaii, where there are 4 growing seasons a year, but I do hope my plant grows alittle bigger before harvest. I planted the seed in late may, and if it's close to harvest already, it's only been two and a half months! If anyone has info regarding these matters, please let me know. Mahalo, fonkysole:rasta:

    Well funkysole808,

That's the wildest plant I every seen. That one bud on such a small plant.

I normally veg for three or four weeks then flower bagseeds and $$$seeds. The plants are about 12 to 24 inches before flowering. Then they grow five to six feet tall with multiple bud sites during flowering each one producing five to seven ounces. Using Foxfarm growbig, tiger and bigbloom and fourteen hundred watts.

Stop thinking about harvesting her and start planning for her long term support of hundreds/thousands of clones over the next ten/twenty years.
Now that you have gone through the process you should place that female back into vegatation with 24 or 20 hours of light reuse the vegatation fertilizer then start cloning her once she has recovered after a month or so. It looks like some very nice bud there just on the small side don't worry about her yield worry about her clones yields. While she is veging pick up another light mininum 400 maybe 1000 to support multiple clones.

As far as the lower leafs are concern, that is just part of the process as the bud suck up the nukes leaving the bottom leaves dried up. Don't sweat them they will return and then will be used as cuttings for your clones.

    Harvest time and leaf rot

Believe it or not loco, this plant was grown outdoors, so no lighting systems were used. From what i've heard here in Hawaii, plants usually go into flowering really early. This is probably due to our tropical climate. If this holds true, would it even be possible for me to clone this plant? Also, I'm not a commercial grower, nor have the money to become one. Raids are frequent here in the islands, and it's very hard to pull off a substantial crop. Thanks for the advice though. I'll update you with pics as she ripens more, and I do intend to clone her (if possible) Would you happen to know of any organic rooting solutions/ gels? Thanks, Fonkysoul

SmokinRandy- Yes you can if the plant is healthy and strong enough to survive being chopped up.

Locomark- Yes, look to the future and grow a mother. But that plant is way too puny to bother with. Re-vegging also can stress your plant and you can get a bunch of hermies.

Funkysole- That's not leaf rot, it looks like fertilizer burn. Next time around give your plants a head start indoors and let them veg until they're 10-12" tall with good lateral growth.

Olivia's is an organic propagation system. There's a gel and a rooting solution.
