I also could not wait and I knew so from the begining, so once my first harvest was among me I went out and bought an Ounce to tide me over and then dipped into my buds a little in the last month or so. Once I got the continuous harvest up and running I was able to work it so that I only dipped into the "cured" bud once it was ready.
