i've never pulled one...seen it a few times tho...not pleasant after bubblegum and poteen...

yeah...the way to avoid them is just to know your limits...

edit: theres also a worse case called a 'Greener'

it happens when u dont eat all day...smoke waaaay too much and dont drink/eat anything....then...(you all remember the Exorcist right?)

you turn GREEN and puke all over...which is mostly stomach acid...(i feel sick just talking about this)

One time when I got stoned with roomate and friend, hadn't been smoking for long, got incredibly stoned, more than I ever have been since-everything was magnified in my vision, i could barely walk, my head felt like it was gonna implode and my lungs felt like someone had poured napalm down them-not pleasent. Then I was sick and felt much better, and fell asleep. If you feel like that better to puke-better out than in, and then just chill, and you'll soon feel better.

I've never puked since then, but have felt like dodgey, only a few times and only when I was very stoned.
