That is pretty gross looking in my opinion. I agree though, that it couldnt have survived long. At least it couldnt be likely.

Two other kittens were born in the same litter, but this was the only one born with two faces. Dr. Shane Bateman with the Ohio State University Veterinary Hospital said a two-faced kitten is extremely rare and there is no real explanation as to why it would have happened. Rating: 5
