in england no one gives a crap. still, always be a bit careful. i one sat in the middle of a roundabout and wrapped up and smoked with a friend. good stuff. at 230 in the afternoon. and nothing!

I find that in Nottingham no-one gives a toss. You can walk through town and smell it all the time. Just about everywhere in the middle of the day.

Ive heard that bein busted for smoking mj in public in the UK is considered
way more serious, and way more serious are the penalties.
Is that true ? !

Not really - the police are not interested.

Now if you act up and behave like a twat you will get nicked.

Plus if they think you are young (16 or so) they might give you some shit about it or try and scare you etc

I smoke walking down the street. while having coffee outside of the cafe. I NEVER smoke while driving. Too many cell phones out there.
When i am driving off somewhere, i just pull over, go for a lil hike, and blaze away. San Francisco is known for sidewalks full of cannabis aroma

I don't really mind walking down the street smoking a joint. I don't really during the day cause usually during the day I don't want to roll and I just use my pipe. But I like blazing a joint at night down the street. I also feel if I blaze with my pipe in day time, like I don't give a fuck who see's. But its still just out of respect.
