Dude...QF 4 is the way to go. Dont even worry about it. They say it has a shelf life of like 2 years...Go buy some. You wont be dissappointed.

I have been smoking pretty heavily for 5 years, but about a month ago I quit for a week then smoked, quit again for a week, then smoked a lot high-potent stuff for 2-3 days straight.
