He asked two questions. Questions interloped, he was too vague with the first, sO i'll answer both.
I like to get stoned indoors. I like to make a ritual of it. Lock a few doors, dim the lights, turn some tunes on, make a little food, have a movie ready, break out the bong, and as the song hits a crescendo... Light the bitch. I hear about 95% of police busts always occurring in someones car, or simply outside. I don't need that.
However, being stoned outdoors is pretty intensely fun. Being, as in, smoking previously, getting on a different shirt, and walking out the door with nothing but some cash and some munchies. Only idiots get caught.
I like indoor hydro better. usually more potent, more professional, better.
