What you do to get EXTERMELLY high, im talking like not being able to talk high is you take 1 cigarette and shove it up your ass just keep shoving it up there until you feel a really strong buzz coming on.

Not to my knowledge. There's a buzz from cigs and certain products can be marketed as incense that get you high. Like salvia.

Yes, if you smoke a cig really fast and you're not accustomed to smoking cigs, you can get a buzz. But the incense? No way. Incense has 5 main ingredients... wood pulp; potassium nitrate (to light the incense); an adhesive such as gum arabic; water; and an aromatic material. The aroma generally comes from various woods and resins, such as cedar or frankincense. All of these are perfectly legal and non-narcotic.
