LOL! How does the realtor expect you to have insurance for a house you don't even own yet?

Well to make a long story short it's now burned to the ground. The funny part is the guy's realtor called and said he would hold us to the sales contract. lol I laughed so hard at him he was pissed off. I thought it was a joke but he was not joking he said.
