Yep, the morning is the best time for getting stoned...
..followed by mid-morning, late-morning, lunchtime, early-afternoon, mid-afternoon, late afternoon, tea-time, early evening, mid-evening, late-evening, night-time session (5-9 joints), post-night-time-session-smoke, nightcap, and a couple of drags off of the one that I just pre-rolled ready for the morning.
