I think those are more like a halogen and produce more heat if anything try to use a fan to cool those things down. Keep the light at 18 on 6 off for Veg, trust me you dont want to go 24hour cause of your set up. That smoker is like an oven with all that metal your going to be toasting that plant try to keep an AC on in your room at least when you have the lights on if you have one.
