My New Novel, "the Plant" Has Been Released

    Hey,

Just wanted to use the forum for a some free
promotion of my new book, "the Plant". I used
all my budget on the publishing and a magazine
ad, so I need all the web exposure I can find.

    Shortened Back Cover Teaser:

"In a time, when a global war looms, one man,
angered by society, disappears, then returns
years later to find a strange new reality.

What has happened in nearly two decades?
Could a simple plant really change the world?

Discover the truth inside... the Plant!"

    Details are at: www.daggerhandle.net

Thanks - look to the future, don't dwell on
    past stupidity

Thanks for the PKD comparison. Although I am a fan of "Bladerunner" I have to admit that my style of writing would not compare. I keep my characters as realistic as possible, with the kind of dialogue you might hear "around town". Whereas in the Sci Fi genre, one can elevate language and thus enhance the story.

What I was going for in "the Plant" was a very possible reality that includes contemporary facts.

As for the availability of the book, it can be requested very soon through Borders stores. I have two other titles which are currently listed with them, and this one is also in the wholesale catalogs which they use for inventory.
