Hey i know some people on here skate so i figured i would make a thread which skaters can come and chat about skateboarding in general.

First thing: Eric koston leaves es shoes and signs on at lakai shoes meanwhile tom penny also on es leaves to go to supra shoes so it looks like es is gonna fade away..


Go skateboarding day is june 21....Fuck i missed it.

Whats everyone working with?.

i snapped my organika, so i got a blank for now(itll do)
some es rodrigo Tx shoes FRESH.

sadly i have DC's but there the ryan smiths so :thumbsup: i alway ride blanks because there cheaper and i break decks about once every 2 weeks and i got indy's my wheels are muska night ghetto child ( have had them for about 5 years cause there SUPER HARD ) that i plan on replacing soon along with my black panther bearings ( Abec 7 ) gonna get some ninja abec 9's soon and i got quick silver hardwear and black magic grip tape.

Blanck decks are the shit(Powell kind) im rocking a blanck with bright yellow destructo's some ricta wheels and bones reds....I think its good Erik Koston switched teams cause he was on his like 6th shoe for es lol, lakai isnt going to get him nearly as much coverage media wise though maby he'll start fading out now. Element makes shoes now Im pretty stoked to try em out I like the whole "hippie" reputation element has......The Firm skateboards are down and out, if you dont know Firm its the company Bob Burnquist, Rodrigo TX, Ray Barbee and other great skaters were riding for...lots of them moved to the flip team im pretty sure.

are you using these blanks http://minilogoskateboards.com/products/decks_ml.html cause I skate like 9-10 sets on those and their just as good as the regular pro decks

Man....I wish I could still skate! I bodybuild and play rugby and I just got too fucking heavy! I kept hurting myself too, and I need myself for rugby!

Skating was fun though...my last set up was an enjoi (awesome pop and concave), Thunder trucks, Fracture wheels and Redz bearings....pretty good.

Wow, suprised about Kosten switching, I hope éS dont fade away. They make decent shoes, better than the lakais Ive had actually.

I have my local shops deck, Grind Kings with the canadian flags all over them, blank white wheels and Bones reds bearings. Its pretty good, i dont like paying for $90 pro decks so i just get the $30 shop decks, its all the same wood.

For shoes i just have a pair of some leather etnies, the right toe is all messed up from 360 flips and kickflips already and ive only had them 2 weeks.

My town is getting a skatepark next spring, it will be my second home. hardly anyone skates these days in my area, everyone quit.

I got a pair of zoom team edition dunks. I like them alot, they have a lot of heel support, and sadly my heels are getting bad.

I ride a Jamie Thomas Zero board, and I have a Pig setup.
