hi,

I was just wondering how many smokers here do the grind mon-fri.? If you don't, how do you support yourself?

I'm just curious. As a person myself now looking for new employment, I'm curious to know what my fellow tokers do for a living.

I, used to move boxes around a warehouse. Exciting, huh! I did a 4month stint with a partner in a personal business, but that was only temp.

So tell me, what do you do?

I get weed for free, get the money from my mum and dad lol saves me paying for it!

I work the daily BORING grind - 9AM - 5PM. But I know someday I will be independently wealthy and won't have to work anymore!! lol

i work, as a labouror in a fish factory, not the most glamorous place to work but it pays well, £5.40 an hour, 7am till 7pm when we're busy, if we're not busy we finish at 4:30 pm (anytime after 4:30pm is overtime, time and a half ). We been pretty busy lately and have been finishin at 8 pm most nights.

I only just started back there last week, it's seasonal work so it's pretty much a temporary job, which sucks.

See, I'd love to work by the water. Even if it involves fish gutting all day. There's no ocean or water here though. Just the oilfeild, and no thanks. I choose happiness over money.

9 to 5 office office job...well, 7:30 to 4:30 or thereabouts. Pay is good, the work can be hell (mentally), and appreciation around here is nonexistent. For not having a college degree, I did alright.

I work seven days a week at the moment teaching ESL...I make $12.50 an hour but the work gets a little mind-numbing sometimes.

But once you get used to it...its one of the easiest livings known to man for my standard of life.

But actually I don't plan on being so lazy for my whole life...I am trying to start a sourcing service for small businesses in the Midwest. :smokin:

i used to draw pictures on cake with icing.
all the free cake you can eat.
i bet i have written "happy birthday" more than i have written my own name.

NOW... i make clothes
and people buy them
and i use the money they give me to buy things like:
apples
books
the occasional beer
running shoes
crickets (lizard food)
and concert tickets

I'm still in college, but I work as a student worker. Basically, I move boxes all around campus and drive the truck. It's pretty fun, easy, and I get decent pay.
