Yeah I think it will be weather it is an Indica or Sativa based weed
I find it very easy to get to sleep after I have smoked, but I was reading the other day that it's not good for your circadian rhythm (i think thats how it's spelt) as it interferes with your REM period of sleep such in the way alcohol does.

I don't know....mayeb beachguy has a link that proves me wrong....as I may have completly misunderstood what i was reading:stoned:
