Wow, I just feel like chisme now. I'm feel like going postal on someone, not my company because they're just about stunned as I am, but the government for being assholes and denying me a public trust clearance before I was convicted of anything.

Fuck this government, for ruining people's lives intentionally. Been working there 4 1/2 years, great worker in their eyes, documented as well. My fate determined by from bureaucratic fuck who couldn't give a shit about the consequences of his decisions. I could understand murder or if I had thousands in debt, and my wages have been garnished, but a frickin' pending drug charge? Sure it's my fault I got arrested for marijuana, can't take that away from myself, but it has zero to do with my job or the information I was privy too, which wasn't much to begin with. I can't believe what kind of sticks people have up their asses sometimes.

Now I'm literally left with nothing. At least it's a fresh start. That's the only positive I see.

You honestly think you deserve an entire days pay for coming in 30 minutes?... If anything you deserve whatever your wage is an hour for the 2 hours that you where stuck there. Your employers sound like a bunch of ass holes who are getting pissed because you're not making them money.
