ok i had yesterday off sick... i been sick all week since saturday and yesterday was just time to call it in.....i went to work 1 hour earlier then usual as we had a staff meeting......BULLSHIT i have to jsut get up ANOTHER hour earlier just cos these dicks decide they want a fuckign staff meeting???? fucking make the meeting in your time not mine ffs

anyways so after the meeting i said look ray manager) im to sick for this i gotta go home........ray: well lets just see how you go first.

well fuck that i called him upstairs on the phone and said "look ray can i go home plz. this is a joke im too ill to work i can hardly even hear what the costomers are saying cos my ears keep popping."

finaly he says ok.....now when i got home i told my family i was there for the 2 hours then i had to leave cos i was ill......and i was told that because i was there for over half an hour, they are legally bindded to pay me a full days work.......

ok sorry for long but....i just called again this mrning to say ims till sick and all the guy said was "YOU KNWO YOUR NOT GETTING PAID FOR THIS RIGHT"

Now im thinking sure im not getting paid for today....i dont expect to i havent come in......but if he tried taking yesterdays pay form me aswell....im gonna go fucking nutz on this guy i swear to god fuck the job . id really rather kick his old ass up and down the street.

Polymirize, all I see when you post is you talking down to people. You know, when people start to bitch at you at work, you tend to get a little pissed off. Same happened with me when I was working for Staybrite Windows (Stayshite windows) doing telesales. Each day I went in, Id get at least 2 leads in a three hour shift. Everyone else was making one lead each shift, tops, so they wanted me in more. I went in more often, and when I didnt perform as best I could, theyd bitch at me. One day Id had enough, said 'Fuck you' to the boss and walked out. Anyway, I dont know why I "sided" with Chisme because I know youll just say something back to me. Always gotta have the last word havent ya Poly?

Anyways, Chis, it isnt illegal for supervisors/bosses to say 'if you dont like it you know what you can do'. It is illegal for them to harass you and bully you. Im not sure if the old dude is doing that on purpose, he could just be senile, in which case he should be in a care home anyway. Or shipped off to some remote country, either way is acceptable. My advice - get a sicknote from ya doctor, send it to HEAD OFFICE and explain the situation.
