Why would u want to smoke some seeds???
.. think about it.. would u want to bone some sperm that is going to grow up to be a hot ass model.. dont smoke seeds bro they give u headaches. wait till u get a nice nug of the chron.

I'd just eat it. They're a very nutritous source of protein and natural oils, and they taste good too.

eat them. seriously best idea here. or grow if you want to. but they definitely are good for you if you eat them. good source of protein. hemp seed oil is very nutritious. hemp seeds are good for you.
