According to wut I read from him,he quit and banned himself... Del said it was advised by his lawyer that he do so,sumthing bout minors on the site,and him being able to be incriminated,I believe...

Right where it says "Registered", it'll be replaced with "Banned" .

It means they've paid the fee and become a Cafe Member. They're allowed to put whatever they want under their name instead of Registered, Skink put, 'See'Ya.'
