Hey, I am useing florescent tubes to grow with and I just need to know a few things...

For the veg. stage does the plant need high or low Kelvin???
OR
Should I use coolwhite for veg and warmwhite for flowering???


I dont really know what to ask cause im so high right now, so if you could just tell me what to use for veg. and what to use for flowering that would be GREAT!!!!! like I need to know how many Kelvin and Lumesn I need for each stage.
