The best thing for you to do is just quit for a week or two and find some other things that can grab your interest. Just like hobbies. Excercising is good, rock climbing, collecting stuff, models, etc. Then, start back smoking, but continue doing all these extra activities. That way, you won't just be sitting around your house smoking all the time. You'll save your bud longer, you'll waste less money, and you'll probably lose some weight too.
