Ever meet one of your idols?

I can't say I've been lucky enough to meet an idol, unless you want to count college mascots when I was a little kid, lol.

I see someone here mentioned Dale Earnhardt.. Truth be told, I was at the Daytona 500 the year he died; that's about the closest I ever came to meeting an idol. When we saw him wreck we didn't think too much of it at the time because it didn't look so bad. My family was shocked when we found out the wreck killed him.

When you waste resources chasing one another around a track for glory, Karma will end up being the dictator. I wonder how many bodies per gallon his car got?
