so if you have a medical card you are allowed to be in possesion of 2-3 pounds right? depending on county. but if a cop finds a pound of weed in your car what would be a legitimate reason to have that? you know. is it legal to drive a pound of weed to a cannabis club and sell it? anyone know ?imp:

well, I don't know about the laws where you are, but here in california we can only have eight ounces, unless you have a doctor's note saying for more. They say that if you HAVE to have it in your car, put it in the trunk so that they don't suspect a DUI.

if you have a medical cannabis recommendation in California, you are NOT allowed to sell, give, trade, or otherwise transfer MJ to ANYONE, even if they are also 'legally' recommended ... go here: /www.canorml.org/ for the rules, its the California NORML website ... amounts vary by county, and there are lots of 'gray' areas in the rules ... technically, marijuana is NOT legal for anyone ... some states merely have medical provisions for its use, which means the local law enforcement simply chooses not to prosecute ...
