Well, if it has seeds, you might just have an inferior FARMER :-) The genetics might still be first rate. One generalization you could make tho, is that you may be more likely to find seed in an outdoor grow than indoor, since indoor grows tend to be more controlled.

If it has seeds... not a really good strain? That makes absolutely, positively no sense.
