Well I was planning to go to Utah in a few months, lets just say I live quite far away from Utah lol. I was wondering if you take a car to any other state do they check your car or is that just when you go out of the country?

I go to Utah often..They do NOT check you at the state line. Seldomly they will have INS traffic stops. They will set up road blocks at the base of the canyons in the evenings to catch drunks. Do not speed in Utah, there is no shortage of State Police. Be smart, use cruise control, hide your weed good.
