Here is a list of some herbs that help detox the body from Jason King's Cannabible.


Calamus Root Tea: I've had this stuff, gives you a good buzz but if you drink too much it makes you vomit. Purges THC out of the liver like nothin else can-As Jason puts it. Get it at a chinese herbal store or any store that has an array of herbs and teas. Boil the root in a pot for 30-45 minutes or just let them steep in the tea for a little while. This stuff has a nasty taste so watch it. You can drink a cup more than once a day. I wouldn't recommend more than one cup.

Basil Pills: Heals the lungs, eat raw basil or pills.

Fresh Ginger and Lemon Tea: Heals kidneys and liver. Add licorice to sweeten. I've also been known to eat lemons. Very good anti oxidant properties.

Coltsfoot and mullein: prefferably vaporized, smoke this to heal lungs. Herbs found at any herbal store. Never tried

Acupuncture: Revitalize organs that have been THC soaked. They will purge quicker. Never tried

Mint and Licorice Root: Vaporize with cannabis to get a nice effect-as Jason puts it. Never tried
