If youre a Christian, or follow any religion, then youre taught that the Creator made us and everything on the planet. That, to the annoyance of some people, includes Herb. If they say that the devil created it, then its stated in the Bible and nearly every holy book/scripture that the Devil has no powers to create, only destroy.
