Whiskygirl, please completely disregard my previous post, I was just in a super-deep depression. But I just came out of it myself, as you can as well. Just because you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, doesn't mean it's not there.

I feel that way now, too. Its like I don't have the energy to do a damn thing anymore. I don't see the point in anything, it takes all my willpower to eat, something I haven't done much of in 5 days. I've just been eating bread and orange juice.

i just get down now n again cause ive been out of work, and other things (family) and the self pity kicks in........i must keep busy, that usually cures it 4 me!
