    need help kind of urgent!!

I only have one plant, which I posted some pictures sometime last week. All was going well until I decided to stick a son Argo incandescent 150 W light into the puzzle. I had the light on inside the grow room for only about 6 hrs and the temps were around 82F. When I went to see the progress I noticed that the plant was looking dry. Then I noticed the second set of leaves were drying up. I had left the plant along, and took the son Argo out of the picture leaving only the 75 Watt HPS on. Anyway...I was forced to cut the leaves (the second set, near the bottom) off because they were dried up. Now, the weird thing here is that the leaves are not brown by any means, just dry. The leaves are starting to get crispy, but not all of them. Only the ones near the bottom. I am going to put the plant outside today in the sun. I live in Florida so it is only going to get it for a little bit, meaning I am going to make sure it only has direct sun for a few hours and then some lightly shaded area. Can someone help me here and tell me what the heck is going on?

Don't bother with the incandescent. Not efficient- too much heat for that little amount of light.

I don\'t claim to know the first thing about growing anything; hell, I can\'t make a Chia pet sprout.
