NO itâ??s never good to freeze the seeds. To store them it's best to use the butter part of your fridge and store then in a film container or similar device and place a few grains of dry rice with the seeds. The rice will absorb any moisture and keep the seeds fresh and ready for quite a long time. I have germinated some seeds that were over 5 years old last year and still got 100% germination rate from them.

Exactly how long you can store them I have no proof but I would think about 7-10 years before they start to degrade to the point where they will not germinate. I only say that because some I have tried before were in that age (I could not remember) but they did not germinate anyway.
