I enjoy beer and have a taste for hard liquor, but I have to agree with what 90% of the posts have said: alcohol is simply not as enjoyable as bud for me. The fact that enough of it will make you nauseous, make you throw up, give you a hangover, and can kill you is just not appealing, especially when compared to marijuana. However, it IS an intense feeling when you're very drunk and very high at the same time..happened to me last night at a bonfire.

Sometimes I think that the majority of people drink for social acceptance.

And I fucking hate people who drink and don't smoke, and who LOOK DOWN ON PEOPLE WHO SMOKE WEED BUT DON'T DRINK!

I smoke herb. Only thing I smoke, only thing I need to smoke. But besides that, when it comes to alcohol, all my friends are just astounded I don't really like it. I can honestly say that most of the time my opinion on being drunk is it fucking sucks cock compared to herb. I don't get how people can only drink and not smoke weed

I'm the same way. I've only been drunk once in my life because that's all I want to be. I hate the taste of all alcohol and if I don't enjoy something then i'm not gonna do it usually, especially if it will take away from my weed money. But seriously, I hate alcohol, it causes some people to become violent, some to become paralletic idiots. I prefer to be in control. Hang over suck ass too, fuck that shit. Oh yeah, you can actually die from the stuff, I think i'll pass.

So many people I know drink and they love it. I just can't capture the same fascination. Sometimes my friends would say stuff along the lines of real men drink beer and you're not a man if you don't drink beer. I dislike those chauvanistic attitudes, infact they sicken me.

it takes awhile to get used to the taste of alcohol. to me, hard liquor(especially rum and whiskey) will always taste like shit so im gonna do my best to stay away from it. but on a hot summer day, an ice cold beer is mmmmm. i love drinking a beer while smoking a jack, although drinking a beer while smoking a blunt would be even more ideal.

I hate the way alcohol feels in my body. I have always felt it very keenly as the depressant it is, and as I get older, I like it less and less. I'd rather smoke an occasional joint or get "high" from endorphins after a hard workout. I love that feeling.

I don't like drinking. I hate the way pretty much all alcohol tastes. And when I'm drunk, I am not enjoying it. I'll be drunk for like 20 minutes and then be like "I really just wish i wasn't drunk anymore."

I don't drink very often, but when I do, I drink way too much. So, I've decided to just not drink at all anymore. Its not worth it when I don't like any drinks, and I end up hating the sensation it gives me.

I'm glad I turned to weed. Drinking just seems silly now. :smokin:

With dope I can just chill out, and don't get relly shitty hangovers or anything like that. Also, and I know that weed makes me more forgetful etc., but I know what I'm doing when stoned, unlike when really drunk.
